Shadley Associates is working with Cabot, Cabot and Forbes and Smook Architects on a new 8.15 acre commercial development in Needham. The site will include three buildings totaling 390,000 square feet of office space and an adjacent 7 level parking garage. Cabot Place is located adjacent to Route 128/  I-95 in Needham’s New England Business Center (NEBC) zoning district.

The project has been fully permitted and the developer has shown a great interest in having the project attain LEED certification. Shadley Associates’ scope for the project includes public approvals, design, cost estimating, construction documents, construction administration, and satisfying all landscape LEED requirements.
