River's Edge Office Building

Shadley Associates is currently working with a team including Preotle Lane & Associates, Gensler, Criterion Development Partners and Cube 3 Architects completing design and construction on the second phase of the 28 acre River’s Edge mixed use campus. Both the 220 unit luxury apartment/condominium complex and the 110,000 SF LEED Gold pre- certified office building are scheduled to open in 2009. The site also contains the Tufts University Boathouse (see waterfronts).  The full build-out for the office development program is 440,000 SF.

The landscape for the site includes four terraces built on structure, a swimming pool, plazas at the building entrances, and a waterfront park located between the new buildings and the award winning ten acre Park at River’s Edge, which was also designed by Shadley Associates.
