Shadley Associates provided the site Master Planning, landscape design, and full services for this historic 4+ acre property.

Originally the site of a small Flower Shop business and residence, this property was largely paved with asphalt prior to the landscape reconstruction. The largest transformation of the project was the removal of a large asphalt parking lot and truck turnaround into the sweeping lawn and winding drive which choreograph views to the house upon arrival. The project also includes extensive plantings, a swimming pool, a terrace, a forest walk, and a children's play area.
